The only personal data we collect through this website is what you give us directly via the contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site. No personal data is collected automatically beyond standard web server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) kept temporarily by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.

How We Use It

We use the details you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to become a client, to deliver the services you've asked for. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and/or performance of a contract if you engage us for services.

Where It's Stored

Contact form submissions are sent by email to our business mailbox, hosted on our own mail infrastructure in the UK. We do not use third-party marketing or CRM platforms to store enquiry data.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry details only for as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up — typically no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless we have an ongoing client relationship or a legal reason to keep it longer (e.g. invoicing records).
